Episode 8 – How can I fall in love with Sundays instead of stressing about Monday?
Today on The Not-So-Serious Life, Jason and Steve answer the viewer question:
“How can I fall in love with Sundays instead of seeing it as Monday’s stress-inducing evil little brother?”
In this episode you will find out why Sunday may feel so heavy for some of us and what to do about it – including Steve’s VERY unorthodox method, which as crazy as it may sound, may just wake something up inside of you if you really listen to the message behind the message…

Loved your answer Steve……great way to put it in perspective….and so simply! Love….love your show!!
thank you Jan! Love your support of the show….Jason gives it the necessary pop and I just ride his energy!
Here is what I heard when you said “…Monday #5…”

Interestingly enough, I’ve tried Steve’s first suggestion. 🙂 It failed miserably. Maybe it’s because I wasn’t drinking enough beer and eating enough pizza….
As always, Thanks for the morning humor!!

Monday (aka Mambo) #5! So funny I can’t stand it. Totally enjoyed the video, as well. I thought my humor cup had been filled by these two not so serious guys this morning–and then, your comment, and it overflowed!
🙂
THANK YOU Stewart! Hilarious.
You’re getting better every day! Great segment. “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” Thanks.
YES!!!! Thanks, Linda!!
Love this Sunday into Monday widsom, boys! Insightful, and inciting much laughter–a great one-two punch. (But why are we only seeing half of Steve’s face?? Is it some Picassoesque technique? A social commentary? A passive-aggressive move by Jason? Or perhaps a computer glitch on my end! In the word(s) of Mr. Spock, Fascinating!)
hey Kate, thanks for pointing this out….I’m just a little shy…part of me wants to be on camera and part of me doesn’t…you’re seeing the part of me that does….
